An active speaker and author, Don's worked over 17 years in customer service and launched live deployments for Fortune 500 brands globally. His key expertise is driving a strong engaging people first culture and reduction of customer effort by transforming digital channels. As a hobby, he shares his expertise in real estate investing, biblical literature, and organic gardening (permaculture) through lectures and written works. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baker College, and permaculture certification from Oregon State University.
