Linda Gravett

Linda, an industrial psychologist, began her career as an author in 2001 because she was doing some research for her work and couldn't find any books on the topic of her research, ethical dilemas of Human Resource professionals. So she decided to write her own book! This book, HRM Ethics, was published in 2002 and was the first of three very different books Linda has authored or co-authored. Her latest book, Using Your Emotional Intelligence to Develop Others, is co-authored by Sheri Caldwell and was released in October 2009. Her second book, Bridging the Generation Gap, was co-authored by Robin Throckmorton and was released in 2007.

Linda has been interviewed by the NBC Nightly news and has been a featured guest on It's Your Call, a syndicated talk show originating on the East Coast. She is a sought after speaker for national conferences on the topics of Human Resource ethics, generational differences and emotional intelligence.
