Anne H. Weaver

Anne is a paleoanthropologist and science educator living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She obtained a Ph.D. in physical anthropology (with distinction) from the University of New Mexico in 2001, and is the author of several professional papers about the evolution of the human brain.

She has been blessed to be able to work with two talented illustrators. George Lawrence's wonderful drawings light up the award-winning book The Voyage of the Beetle. Her most recent collaboration is with Matt Celeskey, who brought the Children of Time to Life.
