Sunni Jeffers

Award-winning author, Sunni Jeffers is setting course for a new life adventure. After ten years as a navy wife and mother, she and her husband moved to Colorado to operate the family security business. When her children left home, she began writing books. In 1992, Sunni and her husband moved to the Great Northwest to raise cattle, timber and hay and to give her the time to write. Twenty-two years and fourteen published books later, Sunni's fourth adventure has begun. She and her husband are exploring the US and Canada in their motorhome. A history buff with a love for the spontaneous, and a husband who is game to explore anywhere, she is discovering many new ideas for novels. As they travel, she continues writing suspense, romance, cozy mysteries, and heartwarming stories of women living out their faith as they face challenges and adventures in everyday life.

Sunni’s awards include the Romance Writers of America Golden Heart Award, the American Christian Fiction Writers Book of the Year Award (now The Carol Award), and the Colorado Romance Writer’s Award of Excellence. For service in the industry, she was awarded the Romance Writers of America Service Award, and the Faith, Hope & Love Chapter Award of Merit.
