Suman S. Joshi

I am first generation American with Indian Heritage. I feel like an ambassador of and to USA and India. Working as the Director of Curriculum and Programming for autism spectrum, I have developed appreciation and respect for people with autism and their families. Their strength and capabilities impress me to this day. Now, I do consultation on very part time basis in USA and India.

I love to write about my experiences and my reactions as well as read about others experiences and reactions on everything. Recently, I have published a book on autism titled "CHILDREN WITH AUTISM AND THEIR ALLIES IN ACTION." I enjoyed writing it and sharing a part of my life with others in a book format. This book was published in 2007. Recently, in year 2009 I have published another book,"COURAGE, HEART & WISDOM: ESSAYS ON AUTISM" More than twenty five experts on autism have contributed chapters to this book.

I feel writing and publishing is one of the powerful ways to share one's talents and expertise.
