Prior to writing AMAZING GRAYS, I spent a decade crisscrossing the country, conducting leadership and life-skills workshops for women. Born on the leading edge of the Baby Boom generation, I have experienced many life passages common to my peers: college, marriage, divorce, single motherhood, career changes, creating a blended family...and going gray!

Through my writing, speeches and workshops, I expose the fears and anxieties that haunt many midlife women - and reveal how to mindfully navigate the turbulence with wisdom, perspective and practice.
