Samuel M. Caggiula

Samuel M. Caggiula is a U.S. Army Veteran and a graduate of Villanova University. He has been working in publishing since 1993 for various book publishing companies in New York, Pennsylvania and the nation's capital. Sam fell in love with Washington, DC on a trip there with his parents when he was in 3rd grade and has continued to be captivated by it ever since. City in Time is his first book.
