Randy Chapman

I am a lawyer and the Director of Legal Services at The Legal Center for People with Disabilities and Older People. The Legal Center is a non profit agency with offices in Denver and Grand Junction Colorado. I am also the author of two books currently available on Amazon, "The Everyday Guide to Special Education Law" and its Spanish/English version "Guia de La Ley de Educacion Especial". I have tried my very best to make complicated special education law more easily understood by writing in everyday easy to understand language. This is my thirtieth year serving people with disabilities and their families. My career has focused on protecting people with disabilities in facilities and institutions from abuse and promoting equal access to services and inclusion in the community. This is my 30th year as a lawyer serving people with disabilities.
