Herman Koren

Herman Koren is Professor Emeritus of Environmental Health and Safety at Indiana State University. He is a highly experienced practitioner of 62 years, in environmental health, protection, sustainability, safety and public health, and has been an active Registered Environmental Health Specialist since 1961. He Is the author of 20 books including his latest one-of-a-kind in the world, "Best Practices for Environmental Health: Environmental Pollution, Protection, Quality and Sustainability". Dr. Koren is the recipient of the prestigious Walter S Mangold Award, Diplomate Laureate (7 of 8) Of the American Academy of Sanitarians and has received four Presidential Citations from the National Environmental Health Association. He is highly innovative, a skilled teacher, and a highly recognized author.
