Carrie Lambert-Beatty

Carrie Lambert-Beatty is a professor at Harvard University. She teaches classes on contemporary art, art and politics, and performance in an expanded sense. Her essays have been published in Art Journal, Modern Painters, and Artforum, as well as in the journal OCTOBER, of which she is an editor. Her next book will be on "parafiction""-- fabulation, trickery, and deception in contemporary art and culture. She lives in Somerville, Massachusetts.
