Asanaro

Asanaro is a globally recognized author whose books have been translated into multiple languages and published across continents as diverse as the Americas, Europe, and Asia. His work ranges from novel and poetry to essays on philosophy and instructional guides, also standing out for his work as a linguist.

A lawyer by profession with degrees from the University of Salamanca (Spain) and the University of Valparaíso (Chile), he began his literary career in 2003 with the publication of his first work. Originally written in Spanish in 2001, it was later translated and published in the United States by the prestigious imprint Penguin / Tarcher—a milestone that launched his international profile. Since then, his books have been translated into 7 languages, selling thousands of copies and being released by renowned publishing houses such as EDAF and Paidotribo (Spain), Le Courrier du Livre (France), and Forbidden City Press (China).

Alongside his literary work, Asanaro has dedicated his life to the study and teaching of the Boabom Arts, an ancient system of movement, defense, and meditation originating from pre-Buddhist Tibet. He has led lectures, classes, and forums on this discipline throughout South America, Europe, Asia, and the United States, fostering the creation of numerous centers dedicated to the development of mind and body.
