John M. Cissik

John Cissik is the president and owner of Human Performance Services, LLC which helps athletics professionals solve their strength and conditioning needs. John has written ten books and over 70 articles on strength and speed training in everything from Muscle and Fitness to IRONMAN to track and field and strength/conditioning coaching publications. He has worked with all levels and specializes in education, strength training for track and field, and speed/agility training.
