Joddy Murray

I am a Professor of Rhetoric and New Media at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. I am also the Dean of Liberal Arts. I teach both graduate and undergraduate classes in writing and rhetoric, with a primary interest in non-traditional texts: image, web authoring, film/video, animation, etc. I also am a publishing poet with two chapbooks and poems in several literary journals such as Texas Review, Wisconsin Review, Berkeley Review, and River Oak Review.
