Author of *Love You to Pieces*, *Vintage Notions*, and *The Magic Pattern Book*, she empowers makers to celebrate creativity and handcrafting. After earning a degree in art and design from the University of Kansas, Amy founded Indygo Junction, publishing innovative sewing books and patterns that have sold nearly three million copies worldwide.

With over 1,200 pattern titles and a passion for vintage design, she curates one of the largest archives of sewing and fashion ephemera in the United States. Her research inspired *Vintage Notions*, honoring early 20th-century women’s creativity and entrepreneurship.
