Rocky Wallace

Rocky Wallace is Associate Professor, Graduate Education, at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky. A former school principal, in addition to his writing, he develops courses in educational leadership, teaches, and helps coordinate Asbury's Principal Licensure Program.

Wallace completed his doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership at Regent University in Virginia Beach in 2007, and has written or co-written eight books in the area of school culture/organizational health, and the servant leadership model.

In 1996-97, while Wallace was principal at Catlettsburg Elementary in Kentucky, the school was named a U.S. Blue Ribbon school. He has also served as a leadership consultant to principals for the Kentucky Department of Education, Director of Instructional Support at the Kentucky Educational Development Corporation, and taught at Morehead State University previous to coming to Asbury.

Wallace and his wife Denise live near Paris, Kentucky, and have two daughters--Lauren (husband Ely), and Bethany (husband Troy).
