Laura Reimer

Laura E. Reimer, PhD is a Canadian author, educator, and entrepreneurial leader based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she works at the intersection of law, public policy, business, and social impact.

An award-winning teacher and researcher, Dr. Reimer’s academic work focuses on transformative conflict resolution, innovation, and reconciliation. She has held leadership roles with the University of Manitoba Board of Governors, the Manitoba Law Reform Commission, Canadian Academy of Legal Studies in Business, and Operational Walk, Manitoba.

She is also the author of the Luke and Charlotte Adventures, a charming children’s book series filled with imagination, talking trains with cat faces, time travel, and heartwarming family moments. Inspired by adventures with her grandchildren, her stories celebrate curiosity, kindness, courage, and the magic of everyday life.

Dr. Reimer is a licensed sailor, proud wife, mother, and mother-in-law, and a devoted grandmother who believes the best stories begin with family.
