Gregory P. Shea

Author, consultant, educator, executive coach, and speaker, Gregory P. Shea, Ph.D., is an expert in developing complex organizations and their leaders. The president of Shea and Associates, Inc., Greg is senior fellow at the Wharton School’s Center for Leadership and Change, adjunct senior fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at Wharton, senior fellow at Penn Implementation Science Center, and active in Wharton’s executive education programs.
