Penny Dowdy

I was born Penny Becker, and you can find other titles I have written under my pen name, Ann Becker. I tried to go by Ann in second grade because I didn't like my name...I think most girls tried that, or at least thought about it! When the local newspaper wrote an article about my class, my whole family found out about my name change, and back to Penny I went!

I am a former elementary and middle school teacher with a passion for math. I am an avid reader as well. With two school-age kids of my own, I still spend a lot of time knee-deep in school stuff.
