Victor Kuligin

Victor Kuligin is an author and international lecturer who has spoken and taught in over twenty countries in Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America. He has a doctorate in Systematic Theology from the University of Stellenbosch. He and his wife, Rachel, served as missionaries for 24 years in Namibia and South Africa, and have five children. His books have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide and have been translated into Portuguese, Korean, and Afrikaans.
