Matt Beam

Matt Beam is a young adult/tween author, and a photographer from Toronto, Canada. He has published three tween titles, a young adult novel, and a photography book.

Matt’s protagonists are boys – sensitive, serious and sometimes silly. Matt writes about sports in the way that it relates to life, and life as it relates to sports. His novels also work through the challenges of being adolescent through the lens of history, pop culture, mild angst, philosophy, and the first stirrings of romantic love.
