Joe Kulka

Joe Kulka has been creating books for children for many years.

Joe has been illustrating Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl for the USDA Forest Service for 20 years, including picture books on both.

His latest picture book, "Fox Is Coming" is co-written by James Patterson.

Joe is a Professor of Illustration at Moore College of Art and Design.
