Vance Hilderman is the CEO of AFuzion Inc (one of the world's largest aviation certification services companies) and is active on a wide variety of fronts including philanthropic and new ventures. In 1990 he co-founded and directed TekSci Incorporated as CEO/CTO through year 2000 in which he sold it to Enea. TekSci was the largest avionics services consulting company in North America at the time of sale and the only company known to appear in Forbes Fastest Growing 100 USA companies three consecutive years. In 2005, Mr. Hilderman co-founded HighRely Incorporated as majority owner and continued writing books and technical papers then sold HighRely to Atego and founded AFuzion Inc with aviation attorney and business jet owner/pilot Chris Jackson.
Mr. Hilderman has worked on over 400 successful aviation/avionics projects for 300 of the world's 500 largest companies, and trained over 26,000 persons in DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A, DO-200B, ISO 26262, and DO-278A which is more than any other trainers in the world combined. AFuzion's Certification Templates, Plans, Standards, and Checklists are in use by 9,000 engineers worldwide. His latest book, Aviation Development Ecosystem, debuted at #1 on the Aviation category best-seller list.
