Paula Brown Bio

Paula Brown is a widely recognized animal communicator who combines energetic alternative solutions with her telepathic communications, using the principles found in Feng Shui and other modalities. Her greatest desire is to provide a space for loving heart connections between animals and their people.

For as long as she can remember, Paula has experienced a powerful connection to animals. In addition to communicating with them telepathically, she has studied their chi ' or flow of energy ' to promote balance and harmony within the animals themselves, their human companions and the spaces in which they both live.

A keen curiosity about how the heart connects energetically led Paula to take her gift to a higher level by completing a training program led by Carol Gurney ' a world-renowned animal communicator, lecturer, teacher and author. A talented animal communicator, Paula was invited to assist in Carol's business, taking referrals from around the world. Shortly thereafter, she successfully launched her own practice, The Heart of Conversation (Bird in Hand). A love of horses and great desire to deeply understand and help equine then prompted her to visit and study at Monty Robert's Flag is Up Farm in Solvang, CA.

Her interest in the movement of chi in animals led Paula to become an official Feng Shui practitioner in the Black Hat School of Feng Shui. This has allowed her to study, suggest and improve various environments to create a more positive flow of chi, which ultimately helps improve the well-being of her animal clients and their people.

Paula's education in alternative healing practices includes graduating both The Black Hat School of the Tibetan/Hawaiian Institute of Feng Shui and the Medical Qi Gong program at Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, California. To round out her studies, Paula learned the art of flower essence therapy for animals by completing the Flower Essence Society's program in Nevada City, California, and utilizes energetic 'dowsing' to locate chi blockages in animals.

She has also been a guest lecturer for holistic and alternative healing organizations, and has taught animal communications workshops in Arizona and California. In fact, Paula was recently featured in an article and interview on animal communication that appeared in the San Diego Union Tribune.

Paula is the author and illustrator of 'Fur ShuiTM' An Introduction to Animal Feng Shui. 'Fur Shui' is a new energy exploration for animals and their people!
