Scott Bader-Saye

Scott Bader-Saye is Dean and President and Helen and Everett H. Jones Professor of Christian Ethics and Moral Theology at Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX.

His academic interests include theology and culture, gender and sexuality, social ethics, and interfaith dialogue. His publications include three books – Formed by Love, Following Jesus in a Culture of Fear, and Church and Israel After Christendom: The Politics of Election – as well as contributions to The Routledge Companion to Christian Ethics, The Blackwell Companion to Christian Ethics, and The Cambridge Companion to the Gospels.

He holds degrees from Davidson College (A.B.), Yale Divinity School (M.Div.) and Duke University (Ph.D.).
