Alice S. Horning

I teach and direct the writing program at Oakland University, a state university in Rochester, Michigan, north of Detroit. I hold a joint appointment in the Department of Linguistics at Oakland and teach courses there in the history of English, language variation, psycholinguistics, language acquisition and various other topics.
