A registered dietitian, mom, and foodie. I love helping people eat the foods they love and love the foods they eat, all while eating nutritiously to help them feel great and be healthy.

I've worked with people, nutrition, and food in an assortment of ways over the years. In hospitals, health clubs, grocery stores and more. Via television, magazines, websites and books I've been able to help teach men, women, and children to eat healthier while still enjoying their food and therefore to live healthier lives.

A former national media spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association, I've been quoted in hundreds of interviews. I've also written for a variety of magazines including Woman's Day, Family Circle, Today's Diet & Nutrition, Prevention, Parents, and more.
