Joanna Cain

Joanna Cain, registered nurse and publishing consultant, is President and Founder of Auctorial Pursuits, Inc., a communications company that specializes in the writing, editing, marketing, and branding of healthcare information and educational products. Ms. Cain currently has three book titles to her credit: Maximize Your Minimums: A Workbook for Reaching Your Utmost Potential, Mosby's PDQ for NCLEX-RN, and Mosby's PDQ for Wound Care.

Additionally, Ms. Cain is President and Founder of Global Academic Consultants, Inc., an education consulting company that guides students in selecting and gaining admission to their boarding school, college, or university of choice.

With a B.S. degree in Nursing, a B.A. degree in English, and a certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting, Ms. Cain is passionate about education and the development and dissemination of information to further learning.

To balance work with play while living in Texas, Ms. Cain is a competitive athlete who has participated in such endurance competitions as the Hawaii Ironman World Championships and the Maui Channel Swim, a 10-mile ocean swim in Hawaii.
