Owen J. Murphy

Owen Jay Murphy has more than 25 years experience as an international program manager and more than 15 years as a small business owner. He became an accidental author of two books and is working on a third, a novel. He is a consultant in the areas of project management and export compliance (ITAR and EAR) as well as other business related areas. He has a great deal of writing and editing experience and has been a volunteer worker with the local library and chamber of commerce. He is a retired Army officer and a Vietnam veteran and is the past president of the March Field (California) chapter of the Military Officers Association of America.
