Elen Hawke

Bestselling author Elen Hawke is an artist and photographer, an astrologer and a Druid and plays Gaelic wire harp. She has had several books published with the American Mind Body and Spirit publisher Llewellyn as well as contributing to periodicals, magazines and e-zines. Her books have been translated into various languages.

Elen's life has been exciting and varied, encompassing many different occupations including barmaid, farm hand, teaching English as a foreign language in Istanbul and working with teenagers in an inner city school, plus travel to countries such as Iran, Greece, Turkey and Afghanistan. She studied for a BA Honours degree in graphic design at art school and holds an HNC in Photography and Digital Imaging. She has lived in the Middle East, Cyprus, Germany, Holland and Brittany and now lives with her partner and family in the beautiful city of Oxford, England.
