Robert O. Chase

Robert O. Chase and Clarisa B. Medina de Chase are a husband and wife team with experience working in health care and language education. They enjoy rich Latin American immersion experiences. Both are dual citizens of the United States and the Dominican Republic and share a keen interest in interpreting values, beliefs, and health-seeking behaviors across cultures. This text is now in its fourth edition, and has kept pace with changes in medicine and improvements in second language acquisition pedagogy.
