David Alan Sklansky

David Alan Sklansky is the Stanley Morrison Professor of Law at Stanford Law School and faculty co-director of the Stanford Criminal Justice Center. He teaches and writes about criminal law, criminal procedure, and evidence. Before joining the Stanford faculty, he worked as a federal prosecutor in Los Angeles and then taught at U.C. Berkeley and UCLA.
