Marion Blank

Marion Blank is a developmental psychologist with a specialization in language, both spoken and written. She is currently the Director of the A Light on Literacy program at Columbia University. In 2010, she received the Upton Sinclair Award in Education for her innovative approaches to educational issues. Her work includes a dramatically new six-skill model of reading that is offered in her book “The Reading Remedy.” A software program that is based on the model is available at www.readingkingdom.com
