Jo�o Magueijo

Jo�o Magueijo was born in �vora, Portugal, in 1967. He got his PhD at Cambridge University and he is currently a Professor of Theoretical Physics at Imperial College, London. He is a pioneer of the varying speed of light theory among other contributions to cosmology and quantum gravity. He has authored two books, "Faster than the Speed of Light" and "A Brilliant Darkness", and has translated Rui Cardoso Martins' book "Glad to Die".
