Matt A. Casado

Mateo Casado, Professor Emeritus, Northern Arizona University, es natural de Águilas, Spain. Sus trabajos literarios incluyen varios libros de texto publicados en los Estados Unidos y otros de temas históricos escritos en español entre la que destacan La Guerra Hispano Estadounidense de 1898 publicada en 2014, California Hispana, en 2017, El Sudoeste Hispano en 2018 y El sudeste Hispano en 2019.

Matt Casado, Professor Emeritus, The W.A. Franke College of Business, is the author of numerous articles and books in the fields of hospitality and tourism, foreign language education and Hispanic history. Dr. Casado has published academic papers on the tourist destinations of Mexico, Bolivia, Panama, Peru and the US. His books on Spanish language teaching are career-specific to the hospitality industry. In Spanish, he has also written a trilogy of the history of Hispanic peoples in California; Arizona, New Mexico and Texas; and Louisiana and Florida. His textbooks in the HRM field are being used by industry managers and educators worldwide.
