Daniel P. Franklin

Daniel Franklin is an Associate Professor (Emeritus) of Political Science at Georgia State University. His areas of specialization are American Chief Executives, budgeting, the legislative process and politics and film. He is a former Distinguished Honors Professor. He is the author of six books, numerous articles and reviews. His latest book on the presidency is on the politics of presidential impeachment. The Politics of Presidential impeachment will be released in August, 2020 by the SUNY Press. The second edition of his book Politics and Film came out in the Summer of 2016.
