Lars Spuybroek

Lars Spuybroek is the author of architecture and art, as well as books on design and aesthetics. His works include architectural projects such as the "HtwoOexpo" water pavilion, the "Maison Folie" theater in France, and public art works like the "D-tower" and the "Son-O-House". His projects have been exhibited at several Venice Biennales, the MOMA in New York, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, a.o.

The publications include the "Research & Design" series, "The Architecture of Continuity", "The Sympathy of Things; Ruskin and the Ecology of Design", and his latest, "Grace and Gravity: Architectures of the Figure". He is Professor of Architecture, first for five years in Kassel, Germany and since 2006 at Georgia Tech in Atlanta.
