Mike Stefano was born in Brooklyn New York in 1958 and served in the New York City Fire Department for 22 years (retired as Captain). In 2000 he authored The Firefighter's Workout Boook, published by HarperCollins. Since that time, Mr. Stefano has become a master kettlebell coach, having studied directly under world champion lifter, Valery Fedorenko. Coach Stefano is the creator of High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness, and offers several eBooks, including a High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness, the 20-Minute-A-Day Lift For Life Program (based on his ACE approved trainer course), Cross Performance Kettlebells, Fitter Faster, the 21 Day Program, and Feel the Burn, Full Body Fitness in 2 Moves, both available on Amazon (includes video).
