Jackson is a consultant and nationally recognized thought-leader in risk management, business continuity planning and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Peg has written books on risk management, business continuity planning, strategic planning and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance published by John Wiley and Sons. Her books, Reputational Risk Management: The Essential Guide to Protecting Your Reputation in Crisis Situations, and The Busy Administrator's Guide to Risk Management and Contingency planning, were published by BEW Publishing. She is a Principal with Peg Jackson & Associates in San Francisco, CA and Alexandria, VA.

Inspired by her clients' needs, she designed the Done in a Day® risk management, contingency planning and reputational risk management product lines. These "in a box" solutions have saved her clients valuable time and resources.

Peg earned a doctorate in public administration (DPA) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and holds the professional designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). She designed the Jackson Risk Management Model© as part of an award-winning doctoral dissertation on risk management techniques.

Peg is a member of the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society, the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), the University Risk and Insurance Management Society (URMIA), the Association of Business Administrators of Christian Colleges (ABACC),the American Association of Insurance Management Consultants and the Washington DC Junior League.
