In my professional career, I've always been intrigued with helping people (and myself) think more effectively and to simplify complex concepts. In 40 years of nursing and healthcare leadership from the point of care to the boardroom, I have been an avid advocate for improving healthcare quality. My writing reflects my experiences and my philosophy.
