Tim Smith

Timothy D. Smith is an author, family coach and speaker from Southern California, where he likes to surf when he isn't writing, coaching or presenting to parents, educators and business leaders.

He has worked with children and teens for years and has a special passion to see tweens, teens and young adults develop with a sense of self and capability. Several of his books have this aim in mind.

Tim Smith enjoys speaking to, coaching and writing for parents. He has written twenty books, most of them for parents; including his best-seller, 'The Danger of Raising Nice Kids' - preparing our children to change their world.

His latest book, '52 Creative Family Time Experiences' comes from his commitment to help families connect and experience learning together.

He is married to Suzanne and they have two married daughters.
