William C. Spruiell

Bill Spruiell teaches linguistics (and a few other subjects that he will insist are branches of applied linguistics, like sci-fi/fantasy literature, and Old English) at Central Michigan University, which is as central as you would imagine but remarkably less frozen (1). He focuses on English linguistics, functional theories of language, and neologism.
