Evelyn Posey

Evelyn Posey is the co-author of three writing textbooks, two for Bedford/St. Martin’s (one in its 6th edition) and one for Pearson/Longman. For her work in the bi-national community of El Paso, Texas, located on the far western border of Texas, southern New Mexico, and northern Mexico, she has received the YWCA REACH Award and was inducted into the El Paso Women’s Hall of Fame and the El Paso Technology Hall of Fame. She recently became a certified instructor for the Birren Center for Autobiographical Studies and plans to use what she has learned to write and teach memoir writing.
