Daniel Byman

Daniel Byman is Professor in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and the Director of the Warfare, Irregular Threats, and Terrorism Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He has served on the 9/11 Commission staff and as an analyst with the U.S. government, among other positions.
