I am a Linux security and infrastructure architect, the author of Linux Hardening in Hostile Networks, DevOps Troubleshooting, The Official Ubuntu Server Book, Ubuntu Hacks, Linux Multimedia Hacks, Knoppix Pocket Reference and Knoppix Hacks among other books, and an award-winning columnist for Linux Journal magazine. In my free time I do much of what I do at work--play with Linux and computers in general, although these days a good deal of my free time might also be spent writing.
