Rocky Snyder

Rocky is a Jedi master of movement with over 27 years of professional personal training experience. This diminutive musclehead is an expert in biomechanics, posture and gait analysis. Rocky is an international presenter and travels far and wide teaching personal trainers, physical therapists, and chiropractors continuing education courses. He can be heard on KSCO 1080AM and KPIG 107.5FM giving his surf & ski report every weekday. Rocky's training studio is located in the heart of the Pleasure Point surf community in Santa Cruz, California.
