I grew up in Nairobi, Kenya and went to high school in Beirut, Lebanon. Guess it's kind of funny that the girl who grew up without television and telephones became a computer guru! I landed at the University of Florida, decided I didn't like cold weather, and have been in Florida ever since. I live in Del Boca Vista if you're a Seinfeld fan; Boca Raton to the rest of you.

I have written 14 books on CRM software. I have also created training videos for lynda.com/LinkedIn Learning.
