Lyle Sussman

Lyle is the former Chairman and Professor of Management, College of Business, University of Louisville. He received his BS and MS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his Ph.D. from Purdue. Aside from 60 scholarly articles, he is a bestselling business author with more than 1,000,000 copies of his 16 books in print, which in aggregate have been translated into 15 languages.

Lyle has taught, lectured, and consulted around the world. His impact as a speaker, consultant, educator, and author has resulted in his selection for Who’s Who in Business Higher Education. When not in the boardroom, classroom, or ballroom, he takes long and loving walks with his best friend, personal coach, and wife, Suzy—who makes sure that he appreciates weirdness.
