Nava Atlas

Nava Atlas is the author of many vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, including 5-Ingredient Vegan, Plant-Powered Protein, Wild About Greens, Vegan Holiday Kitchen, Vegan Soups and Stews for All Seasons (5th edition), and others. In addition to cookbooks, Nava produces visual nonfiction books, notably Secret Recipes for the Modern Wife and The Literary Ladies' Guide to the Writing Life. Its companion website, LiteraryLadiesGuide, explores the lives and literature of classic women authors.

Nava is also an active fine artist specializing in limited edition artist's books and text-driven objects. Her work is shown and collected by museums and universities across the U.S.
