With over 20 years in the SAP HCM space, my career has taken me from hands-on programming to executive leadership in HR technology, business transformation, and human capital strategy. I’ve built my reputation on one key strength: taking complex technical concepts and translating them into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders. Whether I’m speaking to a boardroom, a client, or a global audience, I bridge the gap between innovation and practical business outcomes.

I’m proud to serve as an SAP Mentor and a SuccessFactors Confidant—appointments made by SAP and SuccessFactors to recognize trusted thought leadership. I also have the honor of chairing the HXM community for ASUG (America’s SAP User Group), where I help shape the conversation around the future of work and workforce technology.

As a global speaker and the author of four best-selling books on SAP, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to empower others. My certifications in both SAP and SuccessFactors technologies keep me grounded in the latest capabilities, while my work at EPI-USE—part of the Group Elephant family—aligns with my belief that great business can and should create lasting social value.

Looking ahead, I’m focused on how we as leaders can responsibly harness artificial intelligence, reimagine business processes, and build more human-centered organizations.
