Wm Penn

Wm. (Wilhelmina) Penn, born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa., has lived in Japan since 1973. A long-time weekly columnist for both the Yomiuri and Asahi newspapers, Penn wrote the Daily Yomiuri TV column "Televiews" for a quarter century before her conversion to digital publishing. She is the author of The Expat's Guide to Growing Old in Japan, Inheriting the Japanese Way: Who Gets What and Why, Self-Publishing from Japan, The Casebook of Irving and Innocence series, Who Changed the Channel? Sixty Years of Japanese TV and the children's book Hana the Bilingual Beagle.
